Ruhl and coleman are both very strong but ruhl has a much stronger shoulder and bicep while Coleman wins in back thighs and tricep

awesome i tried to tell these dough boys that the olympia is not just about size even though alot of todays top pros are freaky big. Ruhls physical athetics will not win pro shows. I really think that he was misjudged in 2006 the most, i mean the santa susana pro in spain, Ruhl owned paco, but since ruhl is german and paco is spanish and the competition is in spain...well u know. AND in the olympia, he came in good conditioning , he looked big, wide and symmetrical ( i might be pushing my luck now, but i really thought he'd be somewhere in the top 5) but he got a low placing (8TH! and melvin anthony 5th :S). nyway i wish'em all the best and hope to see him soon on stage :P
