Oh, also, if you've seen some of her other dances. Some of the moves and choreography is from those dances and she just pieced it together. Don't let that take away from the fact that she is still an amazing dancer and she still improvised this.

1) It's improvised.

2) This style of contemporary is certainly an acquired taste; I personally find it very unique and far more difficult than it looks. You don't have to like it, though keeping an open mind is a good quality, but just try not to be so rude next time!

love watching dancers tell a story instead of doing tricks - now, I love tricks and they are hard and technical but this could be considered taking a risk in competition and she did a fabulous job!!!

I'm so glad I got to see this live! I wondered why I didn't get to see it at dress rehearsal, but now I don't wonder. Your improv and your dancing in general is always breathtaking. Was this easy for you to do or was it a little scary before you got on stage? Either way, it's one of my favorite dances.
