Note to people you run AMD its better to run ATI video cards. GTX runs like shit on the AMD cus the ATI has better software setup. The 1100T outbeats the 2500k with ATI cards.

@homelifehome No....No it doesn't Lol. THere is nothing special about using an ATI card on an AMD platform. There is nothing on board the GPU that says "OH! AMD processor! Full speed ahead!".The only difference is that most AMD chipsets support Xfire right out the box. And if you have a lower end GPU that sits in the same series of GFX it they can be Xfired together. But using something like a 6970 you can't do that anyways. It's just a marketing ploy

p67 sabertooth it has the most stable 24/7 high oc rated mobo, if your wondering p67 or z68..the z68 enables onboard video use on the cpu, and a ssd caching. other than that it is a p67, and since your getting a 2500k utilizing onboard video really serves no purpose since you are obviously going to use a dedicated gpu because it is a gaming processor that comes unlocked for overclocking and ssd caching is a little on the redundant side if you ask me

I'm wondering as well about those framerates. Seems that the resolution makes a big difference there. I'm running a X4 955 @ 4,2 GHz and a slightly oveclocked Gigabyte GTX460. And Crysis 2 at a resolution of 1920x1080 I played at highest settings, tesselation and the dx11 patch at about 40 fps staright. So why should I pay so much for not only one GTX590, but two? I payed 130€ for my GTX460 and having no problems with any game on the market.

My 955 was only 89€ by the way.

It's true that the human brain can only process around 35 images per second, but the your brain can also tell that there's less time between each frame above the ''seeable'' frames. @088mac No they are not stopping. They just don't have any high-end chips that don't compete fully yet. They used the same strategy against nVidia a few years ago. That doesn't mean the new FX chips aren't good for gaming. Benchmarks mean shit-all to an end user who just wants smooth game-play. There's not much difference between 80 fps and 84 fps.

also, they will be around 50% better with performance, and for the same price, thats a pretty good investment if you plan to keep it for a while
