  • I am just starting an online RC Heli retail site. I have several of these in stock and working on getting parts. I have blades and a couple of parts right now but not much. Heli-Heli . com

  • @azbdby I would be interested in buying another one, and i also need a feathering shaft, and a few other parts.

Please message me, as i would love to have a back up if the price is reasonable. I use a 2801 PRo, so hopefully you have BNF? thanks!!

  • Mine is in stock configuration. I agree with your description. This heli does not fly like the older Walkera helis. It is solid and highly overlooked by people in the states. A much better heli than the Blade SR everyone is purchasing for the same price.

  • @azbdby don't know why this model didn't become more popular. if the U Fly is a seller, this should eclipse that. They are pretty much the same frame and size heli, except this is CP and thus way more versatile imho. I bought a ton of spare parts from heli pal in china, but i don't see them around in stateside dealers.

  • Gyro on mine is @ 65-70%

  • @azbdby thanks man. i need to check my settings. have you done the 3 cell battery upgrade? I'm looking at installing a hotter scorpion motor for higher head speed and a 3 cell conversion. i've heard from guys that the esc will take an 11.1 already ,and not burn up, basically giving it way more power and time. but i am not taking a chance so working on it right now. love the bird. will fly it until i get really comfortable then going to build a wicked 450 with lots of extras.

  • Wow nice hovering! Looks very stable, especially the tail!

I also own the 1#A but have some problems with the gyro. Tail is drifting or shaking...can't find the right adjustment.

Is this the standard G012 Gyro? How much do you have the gyro sensitivity in %? And do you use the rudder-mixing?

    5 *stars* ;)

  • @NortonRacing sorry it took so long to reply ~ I had zero issues with the tail until the belt got a bit loose and started to ride off one of the pulleys. Otherwise it flew rock solid and would hold even if you throttled it up fairly quickly. I use a pro 2801 TX. Programmed throttle curves to be forgiving as this is my first CP. I do find CP much harder to fix, and also a crash is never mild. I have only crashed it once, and it destroyed all servos.

The gyro is stock btw. Best luck!!!
