I did a similar strategy and got 3800 ft. the difference was that I finished with a REVERSE warlock punch. it does 3% more damage, and has much more knock back

Not always, because if you use the bat at 0% it goes farther than a Punch at 0%. Howerever if the % is high, the punch is better than the bat.

but the reverse warlock punch is just b(warlock punch) but almost imedietly after hitting b press the control stick in the opposite direction of where you are facing, and ganondorf will turn around and do his punch. it''s supposed to hit harder, but it's also more difficult.
