You are missing the point regarding holidays and weekends. Just because a person is seen waking up at 12:00, it hardly means they are unemployed. The poster could have filmed that clip on a holiday or a weekend. Regarding working "odd hours" - many highly skilled medical professionals work "odd hours." Doctors, nurses, and anyone employed by a hospital, for instance.
