1. Voice Chat is clear, unlike MW3 which is muffled & cuts off a lot.

2. Combat Record to analyze a player.

3. Vote for 3 different Map/Game Types while in pre-game lobby (one of which is random), instead of two.maps.

4. Unique Emblem Customization

5. Both have lag issues (to an extent), Black Ops has many multiplayer glitches and spawn systems fixed.

6. Guns are unique, balanced, and unique to one's playstyle, although FAMAS is popular choice.

I honestly dont see why people say this game is bad: i mean, sure, its a lot different from MW2 and MW3 but i u ask me, its still a pretty good addition to the COD series. it brought in some new experiences, good campaign, good multipayer, co-op, zombies.. it has some good stuff in there, some people are just too stubborn to see it
