I think fluid and stylish are the wrong words. You lack grace and your body extensions are awful, not to mention that you are unable to keep in time with the music. Over all strength is good but flexibility, dance and grace needs to be worked on.

If you have ever tried pole work you would be saying 'well done'. As a newby to pole work (although I've danced for many years) I have to say Jacqui is doing great and having mastered a lot of the holds and confidence in her invertions she will continue to build on this strong foundation. Wish I had tried it years ago as I doubt I would perform is to an audience as a 46 year old man I look more like I'm learning to use a Zimmer Frame! Go Jacqui!!!
Our highschool show choir used this song last year for one of their dances, seeing it with pole dancing makes me laugh, it was already kinda of risque
even tho she'd have 2 be really fit..and those moves r amazing..it didnt really look like a proper routine. it looked like she's just chucked all the moves she can do into 3mins, especially at the end!

The point of pole exercise is that you don't have to be an amazing dancer - it's about having fun and working out on the pole! Jacqui's routine was totally tounge-in-cheek (hence the cane) which if understood, then the humour is subtle rather than cheesy!
Pole Exercise is about having fun, and ANYONE can do it - no matter what your background of dance, fitness or performance is!
While you may have loved it all I'm trying to say is that it didn't work for me I respect your opinion. While it's quite clear that she's having fun (which is fantastic!) You tube is supposed to be open to comments of all forms. All I'm trying to say is that I didn't like it. That has nothing to do with her or how much fun she's having. Because it's obvious shes having a blast! :)
Though I have to admit that she is very brave for going online and being on the pole. I don't know a single dancer that would dance like that. Her movements did not seem very fluid to me. She seemed kind of nervous wich is of course understandable. I found the stick/cane/staff also kinda cheesy.

These exercises seem to be excellent for the thighs. Just look at that inverted pole climb starting at 2.45 mins. You can see the thighs being toned up as she climbs! All ladies should do these exercises. A 5 star video for sure!
