i think almost anyone can go from overweight to even underweight with the right will, if you want to go underweight or normal (whatever) and its really something you want there's impossible to find a limit

Great video. My challenge was water, but I started late. I'm two weeks in and have lost 11 pounds just by adding more water and then drinking only water... b/c it then inspired me to take other little steps. YAY!

I'm so happy I joined this challenge! Drinking 2 liters of water has become a habit, alhamdulillah, and I didn't drink Soda for a long time which is amazing because I used to drink 3-4 cans every day! as for the healthy meals I'm not 100% there yet but I found myself making more healthy choices and I stopped junk food and cut down on unhealthy snacks :)
You look very radiant in this video! Not that you don't in the other videos. But this one ESPECIALLY. Whatever your doing, whats the darn secret? :D Is this possibly from drinking lots of water? Please please please tell us. Lol. <3
Hey Shanti! Just wanted to let you know that I am very inspired by your videos. I am a 50 year old woman that weighs 225. I have been on every diet you can think of. While watching your videos I feel like for the first time I know what to do and I feel like it is the answer!! Calories in and calories out!!! Duh! Why does it feel like a new revelation to me???? Because of the wonerful weigh you have presented it to me! Thank you so much! Keep up the videos! I'll try to let you know how it goes!!!

I am doing awesome with my water now I am takling two of my biggest addiction's which is pop and junk food. I have not had pop for 11 days as of today and have had potato chips 2 times so far this week. thank you for this also tracking is becoming second nature.
my goal was not smoking, it felt like a habit except that I had a night out tonight (my third in the 28 days) and I smoked only 3 cigarette (which makes only 7 in the 28 days) I consider this a victory because I scaled back to a point where I did not smoke TONS and feel over the coming weeks I can make it Zero on nights out. It is only drink that makes me smoke. This 28 day challenge has been so good for me and I am going to continure for another 28 days!
I think the 28 day challenge is a fantastic idea of yours. I started my own challenge this week and I'm finding that it's a realistic and attainable way of establishing new habits
Part of the reason for this is because there is a clearly defined start and end date, which makes it much easier in terms of motivation. As you said in your video, by around week 4 the habits will be more likely to be learnt and it won't really be a challenge from here on in.
Ugh. I totally botched my challenge. I guess I just wasn't ready. I have a REALLY hard time remembering to practise it. I wanted to eliminate sugar...eating chocolate bars and grabbing candy from the bowl at work. I feel like I ate more candy this month than I ever have! My main problem is wanting sweets after I eat, and just not remembering my challenge in the moment.

DISNEY OMG! I've been to Disneyland Paris 4 times, and I sooooo want to go again. I LOVE Disney! I need to go to Los Angeles again (been there once, and left my heart there) and visit the Disney resort there!! <3
You've really made me think about my goals. I may want to go get a colorful poster board and put it on my wall. I need to make myself do my school work and clean my house. *Thinks* Yep.. Time to do it.
