What a clumsy way of changing a baby!
Lot easier to just lie the baby on their back take off the nappy, and why didn't mummy wipe around the area to make sure that there was no faceas or urine near or in the infants genitals.
If the baby was a girl an invitation for Thrush, if I ever saw it !
