Hoss has been quality as a player and a person even back in Juniors here in Portland. What a fun player to watch - and so talented. Watching him mature as a player over the years has been fun. Juniors may be only a stepping stone in a hockey career, but Portlanders take some pride in our former players, and Hoss may be the second best to ever don a Winterhawks sweater (after hall of famer Cam Neeley, ot course)

You guys should check out the song that some Chicago AM radio disc jockies made of him. Search Hossa song (make sure it says something about 670 score) What a great song.....I love Hossa, he's got so much hockey IQ, he carries the puck w/ such strength, has all the right angles to loose pucks....just a great pick up for the Hawks...oh BTW GOOO HAWKS...lets go sharkin'!

marian - stay in pgh at least 1 more year! 3 of the top 10 in the league on 1 team for a year can do some real damage. after this year, then u can go for the big bucks u deserve elsewhere (if u have to).
