Capcom characters center around hand to hand combat while the top marvel characters have actual long range destructive powers. Do you honestly think any of the Capcom guys could really stand up to the likes of Magneto, Phoenix, Galactus, Dormammu, Dr. Strange, Thor, or Storm?

Doctor Strange definately looks top tier. He's clearly able to zone with a huge-ass ball of light that stays on the field and a number of projectile attacks. He has a teleport, and he has decently long and damaging basic combos, but probably no non-super OTG.

The thing is, his supers are incredible. He has what looks like a shorter-duration version of Ricoha (SP) that hits anywhere, a beam super that's projectile-invincible, and a powerful L3 grab.
