Pray for me that I'll be able to fallow this diet. I'd say I eat fairly well having whole wheat bread over white, and turkey, beef, or chicken instead of pork or shellfish. I go on a lot of outdoor excursions with my troop as a senior positioned leader though and healthy food's availability could be more plentiful. May God give us those options as we enjoy His creation's splendor.
Well...it's been a up and down battle with weight loss since I was 28 and was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. Although a common disease these days, synthetic medication doesn't seem to help soooo with the blessing from Jordan Rubin and Almighty God as my support, I am going to embark on a NEW weight loss, change of lifestyle eating plan and watch the pounds come off and the happiness turn back on. I know also that God will answer my prayers regarding the place that I live. Peace and Love Jordan!
