that's why most people watch sports... because they're too lazy and out of shape to play themselves and critisize top athletes for not entertaining them enough when they mess up
the form seems like gung jee at the beginning from hung gar then it turns out to be more like mui fa or plum flower form and those are lion dance pants not dragon and for sure it is hung gar
