Lol fucking idiot, Pacquiao only went up in weight to fight catch weight bums that were past their prime.
Example DLH : 147 Natural weight 167 not to mention how old?
He came in 1 lb. bigger against Cotto with bigger muscles (from the steroid use he does of course)
He fights a bum like Clottey who did nothing but block (also works for Bob Arum makes me wonder) and whenever retaliated rocked Pacquiao.
Then he didn't want to take random blood testing for some "ODD" reeason
