By not using the simulator :) I've done a capture of the gameplay, dumping out both the screens to images and simultaneously the accelerometer data to a text file: in a 3d app I've put them both together, rendering an animated plane (driven by the acc. data) with the screen dumps mapped on, so they match up perfectly.

How did you get that nice footage of the iphone because i know the accelerometer dosn't work on the simulater.
