@MrBarret50Kal You can acquire these through console commands, to get all of them at once, just use God Mode, to enter this into the console, press ~ (key below ESC) this opens the console, then type tgm, and hit enter, you cant be killed, and have unlimited everything, no reloading to. In my personal opinion, this absalutly ruins the game, and makes it so boring, but i cant tell you how to play the game so, do what ever pleases you,

im not gonna have an argument with you but mods arnt cheats there game addons or enhancers just like anchorage and the pitt ect the add new guns and so do mods they add new places and so do mods so there just addons not cheats and they could be for other purposes aswell like the groovatron is used for machinima alot so....

@Steelzmeister haha yeah the gatling lazer he uses is pretty strong and so is the armour takes a good time to kill him unless you got mini nukes or some thing really powerfull (gauss rifle, tesla cannon) so for video purposes i just consoled :)

i do know were to get it but its not worth it because just hit tilde key (~) below esc key and type TLC and you can go through walls through the ground and into the air and to turn it of just do the same thing and no there is an uninstall ghoul thing in ur inventory but i think they should add in a new doctor from the common wealth that fixes you up.

tactical weapons are every were they are placed in shops on NPC's, looting will also get you some so it can be found any were there is a test area COC testAQ i think ( you might wanna check that) is the command to get there and it has every thing in the game
