@Mr2018TV Due to the fact that the first bicuspids were removed prior to the time I met the patient, I couldn't expand the arch to get a fuller smile profile.

Why were teeth extracted here? there is no tongue room left, it looks like she must have had that done younger, I'm not into the sucken in look that creates.

@ccarrieb I got this case as post-orthodontic relapse ( no retainer wear after initial orthodontic treatment as teen). The bicuspids were removed as a teen--common practice then for crowding issues. With current orthodontic protocols, I rarely see bicuspid removals prior to orthodontic treatment.

These particular case corrected slightly crooked teeth. I have a number of cases that are in the middle of treatment that are very crooked. When these cases are compleited and the photos are finished, I will post them as well.
