As in the beginning of the video, it was only a severe thunderstorm warning, this storm looks very intense, but lacks rotation, note the foward progression yet no movement for rotation...I'd put the winds between 60 and 80mph

The supercell system along with the shelf cloud formation does looks pretty strong. Yes, severe thunderstorm, heavy precipitation and wind shear has to be present but was there really a tornado in this system?

i drove through 2 places where tornadoes were spotted in a town called West Union minnesota some serious hail to this was last night i was driving through it on the phone with my family and the day before that there was one about 20 miles north of that and we saw where that was on the way up there when we got home in the suburbs i found hail and there was a tornado from that system in wisconsin and 2 tornadoes 100 miles away that storm wore out when it hit us at about 4 thts 1 scary thing in Min

Last year, when I was just coming back from my walk in Kingsbarns beach (which is a little south of St Andrews, UK) I saw a funnel cloud, and it looked as though it was gonna drop! I got a bit of a fright :O Fortunately it didnt drop (sigh) and it went back up within, like, 3 minutes.
