Yes I would like to know the same thing because I play a LvL 28 SM and I dont have those Blue orbs that spread out like that with my attcks even with show all set in the Graphics options. Was this in Beta or retail game?

Thats the old graphic for Nature's blade (debuffs their stats, buffs yours). This was in live.
Mythic changed the graphic due to lag :/
