Assuming you are correct that JPII is the 6th king who "is" then we must assume that the scene in Revelation 17 that John refers to must have taken place during his reign since "is" implies the present tense. @666is999backwards Hear me now...read The Kebra Negast and realize that Rome is just an extension of Israel as one of King's Solomon's illigitimate sons married the Emperor of Rome's 1st daughter way back then...then his other son by the Queen of Ethipia was Menylek who came to carry the Ark of God...now this made the Holy Kingdom stretch into 3 places: Jerusalem, Rome and Ethipia and all of the land of Saba in the lower half of Saudi Arabia.

@666is999backwards Check on Ethiopia and realize just how long these ppl have been carrying the Holy Torch for God. They are the oldest Christian nation also. They have always shown a desire to know God more clearer. And realize that The Queen of England claims to be a direct descendant of King David herself...using The Lion of Judah throughout the kingdom to show she is of the Tribe of Judah...check it, I am only speaking Truth here. @funkateerkitty also i heard something about the VIkings being descended from the tribe of daniel , VI standing for 6 in roman numerals , and then the normans came down and occupied northern france and then our thrown in 1066 overthrowing the native anglo saxon king , i did always wonder why the pope sided with Vikings over nobility , when realy he was just ensureing the blood lines were in the seats of power ,, many merky parts to history and i am sure i am wrong in some parts ,, let me knbow ?

@666is999backwards Dear amigo: I have not heard this about the tribe of Daniel...but I totally agree that many things have been burned and lost of our world history. I do know by The Kebra Negast that the illigitimate son of Solomon was married to that present-day Roman Emperor's oldest daughter! Making Jerusalem have an Emperor in Rome, Jerusalem, and in Ethiopia with Menylek reigning with the title his father gave him "King David" becuz he was the spitting image of Solomon father, David.

@666is999backwards Let me furthur reply that I am NOT a Jew hater or looking to discredit ANY race for that matter...I do not believe that color or race are important factors to a world peace. I believe totally in Christ, so since He was Jewish in His life here...how could I hate Him? I love ALL people...we suffer the SAME hardships of life.
