I gotta love the beautiful nostalgic comments you've all submitted. This song is so peaceful and upbeat. Ragnarok Online was a fine game but it was way enhanced by the other worldly OST. Its up there with the great video game soundtracks like the Chrono series and Xenogears. Yasunori Mitsuda and who ever composed this are genius.

@zeebeam Most of the OST was done by SoundTeMP and they did work for multiple other games. I love their music heh. Some of their other songs can be found in: Flyff, Granado Espada, Maple Story, Rising Force Online (aka RFO), Seal online, talesweaver, and Neo Steam. I really like their granado espada work a lot. Its up there with the ragnarok songs. At least the parts that they did.

Oh man, hardcore nostalgia. My very first character was this shitty INT/LUK Thief in iRO Beta. I couldn't even kill Poporings until like level 40. Lmao. I tried playing again just to see how Renewal is, and it certainly did stabilize the game's difficulty, but I'm astonished how quickly I level up. I transcended in 3 weeks, whereas it took me 3 months just to hit 99 before. I guess that should be good, but now there's no true sense of accomplishment whatsoever. :<

I just love to remember that when I was bored in RO I used to collect some Dead Branches and spawn them very quickly, usually on the Mi gaos map at the south of a city (which name I dont remember clearly) and when there were ppl sit they just died and got really mad at me :)

(Please excuse my bad english, I'm french): As everyone here seems to be, I am really nostalgic of ragnarok, it reminds me a sort of "childhood" as a ragnarok player. When you were innocent and discovering such a wonderful world !

I couldn't get back these emotions even if I were downloading RO again.

My best moment at playing RO was to climb the Mistress Mountain, full of giant flowers and mantis/argiopes. We were two inexperimented lvl 40 bowmans, having many rests, but what a feeling when we finally get our objective with teamwork!

I don't regret having spend my childhood on this game since my guild and my private server were great: Some friendly links were strenghtened by teamwork and adversity in WOE, it was like real (and sometimes even more) friends in real life !

My fondest memory was when this game was in alpha, back when there were pretty close to no skills and baphomit was about 25x the size he is now lewl. People would run through the dungeon and avoid the mobs cuz they were stronger than bapho in numbers, and kill him and die. So much fun

then i go down and go in that field (i think that field is prontera field 08)

when i first saw the poring... i thought it is the cutest monster ive ever see

when i kill him.. it poop like a bubbles.(that was really sucks)

that was the best moment of my Ragna Days.

i really miss this game so much
