It's great! I'm a big Jarre fan myself. Does the sounds come from the yamaha pss 490? Or did you use a sampler? I'm asking because I'm looking for a synth with sounds that Jarre uses.
@Viperdriver242 Almost every sound on "Revolutions" album was recorded on Roland D50 linear synthesizer, wich was the most revolutionary keyboard device at the time. Try to find it. It would be even better if you could find the rack version, Roland D 550, wich was probably used by Stereokromatik in this very video. :)
This is the Yamaha PSS-680 MusicStation. I used the 780; it was almost the same as the 680. The differences were cosmetic: they changed the order of the instrument list and they moved the FM operator diagram from the right side (680) to the middle (780) just above the screen. Search for the 680/780 if you wish. It had small keys and amazing potential, but limited storage. I miss it...
as a guitar player and drummer it was very interesting to sit and watch a keyboard player go about his business. Watch how you layer parts and perform. I really enjoyed watching this and I love JMJ. I was lucky enough to be at the docklands gig and even though the weather was atrocious it was a great experience. Well done and thank you :))
OMG! This keyboard is very small or your hands are huge. But this tiny keyboard sounds just like Jarre's, even better (and it gives Jarre keyboards all in one).
I'm sure this is Industrial Revolution Overture, Beacause if this was Industrial Revolution it would be the Overture,Part 1, Part 2 & Part 3 Combined into one track.
the best part (i was expecting it since 0:00) was at 5:53 just incredible!

Sounds more like the PSS490 MIDI'd up to the Korg Legacy Digital Collection, specifically the software Wavestation.
