To me, the movie is really summed up by what Isabelle and Theo's father tells them both at dinner - when they are both lamenting that he won't take a stand against the Vietnam war - that to be part of the world you must first realize that you are part of it.

I like this film how the young peoples are captured in state of mixing atmosphere where none of the main characters can clearly see there motives. I have only seen once and it was last month draw any to fast conclusion.

It's too bad the writer doesn't know why everything he references fits together that way. It would of made for a much more power scene.

Yes. But I think he did it just to make people think.

I think he really wasn't aware of what he was walking into philosophically though. He could of worked his way around it if he used a more macro scale. The reason it all fits together that way btw is because everything he references is man made and man is narcissistic so he makes thing in his own 3x5 ratio image.
