I wish you knew how to read, I have on problem with his music. I have been explaineing that he has an accent which hurt his chances. I also posted a clip to prove what I said.
I LIKE JOSIAH very much,i just wish he would sing a f*&^KING song without the accent. If you seen the clip, his accent is what beat him. randy pointed it out, he did not let it go. Same w/ simon. You cant deny this,it is in the video.

He is from down south, he admitted he likes the accent more. I fugured making a reply would get taken out of context, I just think this kid could really sing. Many have said his accent (which is not real) is what hurts him.
I think he is great, don't get me wrong. I just feel bad because it hurts him.
I can;t believe I am even posting, I just think his songs are the best, but, I would like to hear his real voice.

You must be very young, just like every other commenter. He is going to have it when he talks because he wants to, watch the video of his mother, and rest of his family. My goal is not to bash, it is to explain and hope someone sees this because I want him to take my challenge and use his own voice.

If you woke up tomorrow and talked with an Irish accent all day, and everyone who knew you, family , friends, etc, would all think you are nuts. This is my problem with this dude, I like the guy, I just hate fake accents. and his fake story about living in his car. That got busted months later.
anyone can say they lived in there car when they got a rich mommy at home when everything goes wrong. again, everything is fake. when he choses to be real, he will make it. until then, he is fake.

i hung out with him like 5 days ago...highly doubt he kept up an accent just for shits and giggles.
even the lead singer of creedence clearwater revival sang with a fake southern accent. so if you are in fact going to stick with your thoughts of it being fake, well...some things just work.

If his accent was real, they would have acknowledged it was real on the freakin show. Obvisouly as said during live tv "where did the accent come from" this is live, you can search the clip. He was asked were the hell hsi accent came from and how it changed. <---- key word changed.

Josiah aint physiacally dieing . They refer to spiritual death due to sin. Thats what separates us from God. But dont give advice on something you clearly dont know completely.

I liked this song, you always seem to make me teary. I like the burning passions in your songs & this was a good example of that passion. It seems to me like you're running away from somthing though - what are you running away from? Physically we die for Adam & Eve's sin, but our souls can suffer a 2nd death in hell & that's because of our sin & nonrepentance. he should've won american idol, he was two times more real than any other contestants. plus, he has such a great voice and you can tell hes singing because he just loves it, not for fame or the money.
