Get rid of the Finance Managers those are the problem. The sales guy does all the work there and gets paid so little to then hand it off to the finance guy after customer has signed and completed the application and deposit, to only here the Finance guy raise your payment. That is the problem. Have the sales guys do it all so they can make more money, stay with the company, be proud of their job and want to go to work. This is will give the customer a better experience dealing with one person.

That is why I would never buy a car from an American brand dealership that is not directly owned by the Corporate Manufacture they are all so untrustworthy. Also these finance managers are the one to blame. I would only go to a dealership that is corporate owned by the manufacture and have a great professional staff. I would pay a bit more as well for that service.
