alternatively you can paste 440 into the "From" hz box. You can't type in the from hz box in audacity but you can paste there. Paste 440 there and then type 432 or 432.5 in the to box.
I think what you gotta do is select one note (say A) in the song. go to effect, change pitch. It will say (From A) etc. The "frequency hz From" for that one note will have a number, whatever the number is, check out the chart from that guy I posted a vid link of. Find the nearest most harmonic number to that number and type it in the "To" box but dont apply. Copy the semitones number (i.e -0.53 or w/e) and use that semitone for altering the song in the (from)note. All notes will work out right
if you a strobe tuner set the A440 at -0:32 cents its -0:31.76665363342928 to be exact,but anyway...i havent used any other tunning for a couple of months now and i dont think i ever will either..i dont know why but it sounds "fuller" at least thats the way my mind feels it...i dont know

Another way to retune from 440Hz to 432Hz for a colection of music is with the program Sox which you will found in Linux. You also can instal Sox in Mac/Windows.
This is what you have to put in the commandline:
mkdir 432hz
for i in *.wav
do
sox $i 432hz/$i pitch -31
done
This allows you to convert a whole collection of music in one's to 432Hz
