mam, u looks so rich n using so many expensive things to prepare foods.,(so many souses,so many flours n all)...all u recipes looks so delicious n i eager to prepare all...bt im not able to buy all u expenc things. even if u prepare some curry u use pressure cooker...can u post even 1 curry recipe without using pressure cooker, i wanna see how to take gravy without dat :(
I have posted all north indian curry with gravy and not used pressure cooker. Even if I use pressure cooker, you can always cook in pot. I do not use expensive stuffl all the time. I have also budget to manage my kitchen but I alwasy try to buy good ingredients for my family cooking...but I always give option for other ingredients as well. So when you watch video, pay attention to details and you will find more ideas.
mam, i tried dis tdy, i use only all pps flour to mix all vegetables. n after i fried, it come tasty, bt when i mixed it wt d sauce it becomes meltl inside n stiff to eat ;(
hello the recepte looks great i will try it soon though if i may share with u corn syrup isn't very good for your health.. try to use an alternative like sugar and water boiled into a syrup and store it for when ever u would like to use it, or use agave or maple syrup for a better healthier version. thanks for ur recipe, as for ur service i also give my concern.
Hi sister for all mixed vegetable balls i baked for 25 mins on one side for 350c and turned n baked for 10 to 15 mins a crunchy brown manchurians were ready so crispy it was..when i added to sauce it was melting in mouth..my son n family liked it very much...so for some more days my kid will make me to make this recipe for him again n again...all coz of you my sister...god bless you n your family...
hie bhavna i made it but some how its balls turned crispy i dint added carrots as they were nt available...i think these recipes cant b made at home something wrong happens for sure..atleast wid me...i felt so sad i was much exited......:( do reply......
Balls do turn out crispy and you do want them to be crispy so when you add in sauce, they still stay crispy till served. And if you don't add carrot, it will be even more crispy since softness of carrot is not there. Next time, try only if you have all ingredients and if I can make it anybody can make it. Don't ever say that one can't make at home...actually you can make everything better at home then restuarant most of the time.
thank u so much..... it hink u r right....i love ur recipes.......! i'll try once again making manchurian.......hope this time it will be delicious.... thanks a lot....4 ur reply.......!!
Hi Sister, as you said i baked manchurians n made the sauce..my family liked it n esp my kid loved it a lots...thanx a lots my sister...god bless you..dont stop giving many tips n suggestins while you cook your recipe which is helpfull for many ppl like me...god bless ..<3
hey bhavna, Love ur othr vid of Aloo Gobi Paratha. I had tastd that in one of my friend's dinner. It was really good. So then I came to that vid, nd followd by this one. Reaalllly love ur dishs. SInce I advisd my mom to do these dishs, everyday I get a different recipe frm u. U make cooking so easy. Thanx a gazillion tyms.
Very glad to hear all these....yes, your mom should be able to make any recipe by watching videos but if you get stuck somewhere, feel free to ask questions....enjoy!
hi bavana like ur videos ....u make it look so easy....u use these paste( (ginger, garlic etc) often..do u make them urself and keep...for how long u can keep them?do u need to keep them in fridge?
Hi, Bhavna, this dish looks really delicious, I'm going to try it this weekend :)
One more ting, I have a question about corn syrup, replacing it with corn starch, doesn't it change the flavor a lot? (Considering that corn starch acts as a thickener.) I don't thin I've tasted corn syrup but isn't it sweet?
I usually buy arrowroot syrup and not corn syurp. corn starch and arrowroot works great as thickning agent. If you don't like taste of corn syrup, use arrowroot. And usually as I said corn starch is added and it still taste good....
Hi Sister, yummy inviting recipe...want to make this at home..can we bake this manchurians instead of deep frying? Please help me...you look like a angel in this outfit n hairdo...thanx a lots..god bless you my sister...
Thanks! Great recipe; I've been waiting for it! Do you know if we could bake the manchurian instead of fry? Would I need to put a little oil in the dough mix?
Yes, if you bake add little oil and if possible add baking soda or powder as well to bake them properly and instead of making balls, make them little flat to bake them good....hope this helps...
Just watch the video again and you will realise that it jumps too much and sort of just come in and go between 4.52 to 5.04. The trick is to have some extra length of a particular spot and just combine it without ever making it appear 'edited' But you are doing great and it was never bad
Bhavna, Looking at you in the videos, I am surprised how professional you have become, from the time you hosted your first video. I mean, your descriptions during the video, the small tips you give, and the way of dressing including the hairdo make it a superb presentation. Bye Bhavna, you make us all happy and a good cook.
I learned a lot slowly while I was making and editing videos. In the begining when I started, I had very less knowledge about video thing. All I was excited about was cooking so video thing I had to learn...but tried my best...
@SuperVeggieDelight No Please do not feel sorry. If so, I take back my comments. If I may, I truly apologize to have hurt you. I now realise my high handedness in throwing comments, when you work hard and present excellent videos. I was very much involved with your work and in my ambition that it should be flawless, I said it. But now I say one truth, you look simply beautiful and who would believe that you have kids in the school hahahahaha!!!!
Thanx a lot for understaing...keep enjoying! And yah, one more thing, I always would love to hear something if you have any suggestions...I am always open to feedback that can improve this channel...
