I've listened to almost every whitney houston performance here on youtube- and this one is honestly her most subtle! she shows such control over her voice...I love whitney when she really belts out a song, but here you see a different side to her voice. a more delicate and jazzy side; truly one in a billion. <3

I get that 1994 and 1993 performances will be stronger, but obviously, her voice has undergone a bit of stress....
Anyway, I think both of these are great vocals. She shows restraint- I don't think she needs to jump 4 octaves in every song she sings..

That was a disappointment. Evidently, Whiteny Houston is more suited for a song written by Dolly Parton than George Gershwin.

I'm sure that you can go to a video store or fimling place and have them transfer it from the tape to a DVD..I've had it done

Whitney houston also performed Porgy at the 1994 American Music Awards...So wonderful! The whole medley was wonderful!!!check it out!

She tore this up her voice is so light. This her normal voice. Its light and pretty but she is so multi-octave and facted she could do anything with it.
