This app is pretty much useless. I thought it can be used as a controller to play emulators but nope...

If you define the keys of the emulator to special keys on your keyboard, then define the keys for the Virtual Gamepad to work with the keys on your DS, then you could use it in that way.

Yea, I've tried that but it still didn't work. It might be because I have Windows Vista though.

Make sure that the IP address of the computer your connecting to is correct.

meh i figured it out, it doesnt work with win vista, cuz meh ip is correct and meh settings are correct, but it didnt work with my win vista, worked for my friends xp, even when i tried his computer

Check that:

There isn't a firewall blocking its access.

The signal strength isn't too weak.

You have the latest version of Win2ds.

Make sure you enter the correct I.P for the access point you are connecting to, (Should be automatically entered.) and the correct I.P. for the computer you are connecting to. (Not always automatically correct. Double click on the wireless connection tray icon to find out the I.P of your computer.)
