@Ryjek222 It's evidently from a beta version of the game, you can tell by the plumbob at 0:22 and also because this intro was also a trailer used before the game came out.

But yeah, I still recall waiting for the release of this game, it was unlike any other game at that time. IMO Sims 1 had the best atmosphere (especially music) and the most creativity. If it had weather and aging from the Sims 2 along with story progression from the Sims 3 then that'd be glorious.

I loved it whenever the sims would walk they would follow the grid on the floor, like the one that appears in build mode. It wasn't until sims 2 they would walk in a different direction without turning their whole body...Ah, takes me back LOL!

I started playing this when I was young, and in that age I had no sense of money. So, I always had to use cheats. Heh, I couldn't make a sims living without it. But you really do eventually learn how to handle and how to spend money in the sims if you think about it. I have every Sims 1 expansion pack, except I broke my Sims Unleashed CD, but every other expansion pack works perfectly.

I will always be bothered by that TV at 0:12, the large plumbob at 0:23, the large tray of food at 0:25, the computer at 0:35, the chair at 0:45, the TV at 0:49, and that car at 0:59. Thumbs up if you always wondered why those weren't in the game!

@lolcunts In 0:12 first buy a table then go to the TV section and buy that kind of TV.Plumber is just you need to buy a plumber and keep on watering it.Let your Sim serve a dinner.That's the old version they upgrade a new so they throw that computer away.Buy a chair like that and colour is in.That's in the game.Cars appears when people goes to work.Thumbs up is you think it's true.

It's also showing the three main factors The Sims is famous for, "Build, Buy, Live".
