I was watching someone broadcasting family guy on blogtv last night, well actually it was like early this morning but it was like dark in my room and stuff. And it was the Damn nature, you scary episode. So then i search it on youtube, and see this in related videos. And then like hours later i decide to sleep, so i turn th computer off right? and when i go to turn on the lights in my room, i say to myself Damn nature you scary. when i turn the lights on, there's a spider on the floor!
I didn't speed it up at all - that's how fast it ran.
I'm thinking of making a *slowed down* version so you can see the blur of it running back to its hole. In frame-by-frame, I can see the web flex under its weight.
To run back to its hole, it actually runs *up* behind it first, to bleed off speed so it can change direction, then runs straight down the hole (with a gravity assist).
Probably one of those harmless funnel webs. Not the Au kind or it would be huge.

that would be a wolf spider, are are poisonous, though it isn't lethal, and are not aggressive.

That looks like a Wolf spider. They are mad-fast... I've tried to capture one before.
It looks like it's in an Orb Weaver's nest though. Perhaps it moved in?
