In my opinion they don't sound very alike. I can here some similarities in short passages (when Pasi breaks from the clean vocals), but most of the time there's no connection. I've owned the cd since 1997 (came out in '96), and I loved it ever since then. I didn't notice the Hetfield-aspect until you pointed it out.

I had a couple of Nightwish songs that did that. But it was only because I used Limewire and with Limewire you have to expect to end up with a lot of complete crap.

My suggestion... stop using Limewire, or, if that doesn't apply, just keep looking.

I think is "but a span of cloth", since i looked up the dictionary, and "doth" doesn't exist. Anyway, "cloth" makes sense, as dead bodies used to be wrapped in cloth, when they didn't have money for a coffin.

I'm not sure though, as "doth" could be some kind of old english.
