i got told run the first 150m fast than pase your self for basically the rest of the lap. Than in the last lap sprint your heart out. On the final 200m of the race use all the energy u can find. whenever you get energy through the race use it up so it doesn't just sit there and do nothing
That video sucked big time... "In the 200 you have to be patient, remeber you rune the 200 not the 100" has someone ever forgot that it was a 200m they raced and not the 100m??

try doing sets of sub minute quarters with 2 min, 90 seconds, 60 seconds, 30 seconds( try to keep sub 1:05) rest between intervals. 400m rest between sets. 2 should do it.

Why is he talking about the 100m, 200m, 400m, and blocks? Nobody uses blocks in an 800m race! This was a horrible rambling video!
