That's not because it doesn't feel pain, moron. Prey animals, including dogs, will instinctively not show signs of pain. Showing a sign of pain is showing that you're injured.  Showing you're injured is a death sentence in the wild, because it shows that you're an easy meal. When your dog got ran over, he shut up because it was instinct. Not because he didn't feel pain. Animals feel pain just like humans do at the same degree that humans dog.

Lets be intelligent here for just a second. Old outdated traps are inhumane, this footage is also outdated. Trappers are way more concerned for animal welfare now. Inhumane trappers make the rest of us look like monsters but please don't sit here and say trapping should be banned, Massachusetts banned trapping all together, now the taxpayers PAY to deal with it, and guess what, its done the same way trappers would do it for free. Focus on things like Fur Farms, thats where the abuse takes place.
