A buddy yesterday said he just got a Johnson Dobro. Very keen to try it. Me, a self taught country finger picking blues guy on a standard steel string for a bit. Tried a steel Dobro in a music shop once. Have lusted after one ever since. Sure are expensive here in Japan.
Hoping you will get a laugh from it, will upload a tune, recorded a while ago, with a good belly of whiskey in me. A Lightnin' Hopkins' tune. Clearly an inebriated version. :) Anyway, ... Cheers man!
