It's called Torikago no Kuni no Himegimi or Princess of the Birdcage Kingdom. You can download it from animeyume as a torrent or might be on megaupload. It's not really much of a movie though, more like an extented episode but it's very good ^^ And Fai's says Kurogane's handsome at one point
