hey im having alot of trouble. theres no software update link in the description box, but when i chekc on the website, it says my phone is updated.

then when i open phone system, it says "NOT CONNECTED"

for verizon users its different. If u look near the end of the video where the phone starts up it has something different with a motorola logo so this video might not work for everyone

I see the ringtones folder but there are none in there even though all the original ones are listed on my phone. When I put some in and restart it they're still on the list but not on the phone. Any ideas?
