  • I like the fact that u always out the sharp side of a knife to urself, like a pro!

  • Looks yummy, going to make this for lunch.

  • :/ The sauce doesn't look appetizing.

  • @sweetchunks22 You say that because you never tried.

  • @ezjapanesecooking Yep, I've never tried it. Idk if I ever will though who knows..? But yes, I know some food are yummier than they appear and that some are not as delish as we would assume by just looking:P ^_^

  • @ezjapanesecooking It's delicious!

  • cross contamination!!!

  • @friedtubesox Are you from department of health or something?

  • @friedtubesox cross-contamination is when u mix vegetables and meat together and you're storing it in the fridge or if you're not using them in the same dish. in this case, he person is using them for the same recipe so it isn't cross-contamination. know your facts right boy.

  • 手の家がゴリみたいになってる

  • @MsRin123456 はあ?

  • Where can you get Daikon Radish at in the U.S? Nice recipe btw

  • @jeezysalore In NYC, you see daikon everywhere, but Asian supermarket should have it. If you can't find them, try with radish or turnip.

  • TONKATSU !

  • awesome recipe!

  • @exerciseworld Thank you!! You can try with chicken breast too. This sauce eases oilyness of the cutlet.

  • That is a great idea to cut into nugget size. It will fit into the bento much better. :)

  • @JoyMac13 Also, pork inside will stay moist compare to sliced tonkatsu.

  • Voila!

    Tonkatsu Nuggets!

  • @ChaosButterfly8 Tonkatsu very good!

  • what's the music piece you used for this video?

  • @AbsoluteHaven Royalty free music from Pond5.com

  • i wanna try!

  • @Lance0lada Go for it!!

  • I'm making this today :) with edamame and mash potatoes

  • @xantho00 Sounds good!

  • i make mine with chicken, the sauce looks good im going to try that, i usually use Kikkoman Tonkatsu Sause, its very good.

  • @wallybag100 This kind of sauce is also popular for tonkatsu in Japan. It's called "Oroshi Tonkatsu".

  • feels like food porn

  • @nihongogogo Please check out my GourmetNYC channel for a real food porn!

  • Yum! :D

  • @Jojeezful Thanks!!

  • That knife edge pointing towards you is very dangerous!

  • @123matt567 It's actually pointing toward you. Sorry.

  • @ezjapanesecooking lol I meant the part you use to slice things with :P

  • @123matt567 I guess both sides are dangerous.

  • Looks so scrumptious!! Thx for this video.

  • @ilikethewok You are welcome!!

  • Oishii!

  • @kawaiikowai08 Domo!

  • Woo Thankyou for this :).

Looks tastey! I'm used to bulldog sauce with tonkatsu. I'll have to try yours, looks sooooo good :D.

  • @bgctrinity You got to try this bro.

  • Very Nice EZJ !!!

  • @TroysKitchen Thanks!

  • Whazzup EZ! How you doing? Looks really good man! I just bought a deep fryer so I could make tempura but I think I am going to make the Tonkatsu first! I have some cut up chix thighs in the fridge to I might try it with the chix tonite! A+++

  • @MrEZCooking With your fryer, this will be easier because you can set the temperature on the fryer. You may want to remove fat from chicken thighs.

  • This looks very good. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

  • @EZGlutenFree You are welcome!

  • Interesting!

  • @MikisPantry Tonkatsu with daikon oroshi dip is very good. Hope you'll try.

  • nice! and i bet it fits better in a bento ^^

  • @PlatypusGuitar Yes, and the meat won't become dry because it's not sliced like regular tonkatsu.

  • I Love Tonkatu !!!!

  • @Radiowave440 Me too!
