The Prince's Tale breaks both my heart and my eyes EVERY TIME. The sheer extent of Snape's love and loyalty is just... so indescribable. </3 Alan should have gotten an Oscar for his role...
Thank you, this one is definitely the best one. There are other users that try to make a good mix of the two, but there's way too much of a pause between them.
I just picture Snape holding Lily's body and the moment he casts the Doe and the way Alan Rickman acts that, looking at his Patronus and you just see so much despair, and I burst into tears.
@TomHardyIsGenious That was my fav part too (when he watches the Doe go out the window). It's what they call presence I guess. I remember thinking I'd never felt anything like that from a movie in my life. Thank you Alan. This music is gorgeous
I LOVED Harry's expression when he rose from the pensieve. It's like he had shock at Snape's love for his mother (as well as his sacrifice to protect him), horror at how his parents died, heartbreak at Dumbledore's lies/manipulation, and fear of his impending fate at the hands of Voldemort all written on his face and in his eyes...
omg... I've been looking for this... I found the Severus and Lily theme, but was wondering what the second part from the memories scene was... for me that last bit made the biggest emotional impact during that scene... :( Thank you for piecing it together just like in the movie and uploading it! :)
Perfect transition, nicely done, if I didn't know better, I'd say this was straight from Desplat's computer. And such a moving scene, and heartbreaking music.
what are the two tracks?

"After all this time?"
"Always."
Only scene in the book and movie history, that actually had me cry.
This proves that we don't need The Twilight saga for romantic/dramatic scenes. All we need is two words...
R.I.P Severus Snape & Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore.
I solemnly swear, that I'm up for no good
Thank you J.K. Rowling so much for Harry Potter and all the joy and fun fun for reading these books.
