I think what WWE should have done with Steiner when he came back to the WWE. Was instead of turning him face, and fueding with Triple H over the World Title, they should have made him a heel top mid-carder, and feud with RVD, Edge, Benoit, and Y2J over the IC Title, and see how he holds up as an IC champ. In WCW he really didn't get to main event status until the final year before WCW shut down. They did this with Booker T, and it worked for him.
