i have a lot of panic attack the smallest thing set me of no one i know has them so they don't understand they keep saying what starts mine off, if i know that i would try to stop the i wont take tabblet but the only way i can simer them down is take the dog for a walk or ride my bike. what i would not give to be free from panick attacks.
