Its impossible to colonize. It cant even be terraformed! Solar shades wont cool it down, you'll need to bring it back to the habitable zone. Its to close to the sun.
A good way to save venus would be putting a solar shield in orbit to protect the planet from the sun. It has to eclipse the whole planet, in one year of full coverage of shadow would really make difference in the planet temperature.
The atmosfere vapor would drop to venus making wonderful oceans.
But we should never forget to make the shield ALWAYS working, letting pass the right amont of sun light to the planet.
but then so is density and other dimension while i truly believe they do exist, in any related background, or definition that we give it.
but im sorry, non carbon based lifeforms might find venus a tropical paradise,
But concerning molecular physics, carbon is the most common dna in the universe,
but so are dimension, i think that other dimensions and/or densities rather more easily explain unsolved mysteries like dark energy then the observable things like venus itself
not that i do not believe in densitys and other dimensions, but wether your look trough a second or third density perspective, it changes nothing to reality,
1st density still aplies, to all possible existing dimensions, and since the lowest form of life is microbial and cannot phatom 800degrees + sulfuric acid + 100times atmospheres its hard to say that any carbon based life forms are alive on venus in different density lvls.
if life isnt carbon based then were talking about science
HOAX!!! IF it was that hostile and not able to enter the atmosphere then how were probes landed on the surface? nasa will not reveal the truth...it isn't how they say it is
and it will all evaporate very instantly, even if you would fill acres of oceans, it will not contribute to any cooling downs. I tell you what, since water is so dense it would even contribute more to green house effect during the hours the water survives near venus and it would eventually be even hotter. Complete waste of water and energy. Let me drink it instead...
because of extreme temperature changes and low and high pressure systems due to this water party, the water vapor will launch itself (like a rocket) in mass amounts by trillions of water tons to space.
Winds will speed up to supersonic speed even under the sever atmosperic pressure it will reach amazing windspeeds. Its like comparing water that you might throw at a sauna heater, ever seen water lasting longer then 1 or 2 seconds on a sauna heater? Well thats what happens to water on venus,
No word in introduction about the Russian Venera probes? Russians managed to put several landers on the planed and managed to transmit pictures of the surface.
No Ceres is mostly rock and if it impacted Venus it would not cool it down, and if it did Venus would warm up very fast, the atmosphere is the problem, the water would just evaporate into space. And moving a body of that size would cause so problems of its own.
Honestly dude, your going to make conditions even worse this way. Whaha i laugh at this. If you would add oceans of water to venus it would evaporate into space in a matter of hours. And in these hours mass amounts (planet scale amounts) of water will cook and evaporate causing atmospheric gasses at 400degrees to co exist with gasses (wator vapor) at 100-200degrees which will chain react to most catastrophic climat event in the history of the solar system.
venus is alive and well...venus is not a smoldering fire ball. venus has life,a civilization..aliens..funny we don't send more craft there..see thing is nasa soviets etc can tell us anything ,we can't do our own research or send probes up...never a straight answer=nasa
dont believe a word it says... venus has ppl living on it. and an other alien species... if you dont believe me then how did the parechutte survive when they sent a 'rover' to take photos... technically they should have both burnt up before impact! there is heaps of evidence!!!!!!!!

rch3482. You are right. Venus not only has life on it, but is much more advanced than earth. like the life on Jupiter is more advanced than that on Saturn. All our planets are inhabited either in corporal form or in spirit form.
Yeah cool mate, i just heard the coast to coast show interviewing John Lear, the things he said about Venus is incredible,i think you should check it out. Peace=)
All I will tell you is that the sun is not nuclear based. It is an electromagnetic device. If you really want the True sacred hidden knowledge you need to first clean up the clutter in your head, which has been pumped into it by false propaganda of the western religious and scientific establishments over the past few centuries to dumb you down as to the reality of our existence . "When the tea cup is already full anything else you pour into it will fall into the saucer".
However, for you to be right would require that _every_single_scientist_ who works in the fields of cosmology, astrophysics etc. - _every_one_ - to be either lying or using flawed calculations and observations, each of which just happens to work anyway and is supported by visible, physical evidence that just happens to support completely flawed math. A conspiracy so massive as to be untenable for more than a few days.

This coming full moon night, I promise you will get a glimpse of the true nature of this universe. All you need to do is be receptive and the supreme power if you are really interested in the truth will shine his light on you. I wish I could tell you more, but to be honest I am forbidden to share the arcane knowledge with you or anybody else specially here over the net. But I can direct the truth towards you and it is up to you to accept it or not.
Not very helpful, really. Like handing someone a "Where's Waldo" without mentioning that they're supposed to find Waldo.
Also, that "forbidden to share" bit is fairly convenient. Someone could see a cloud in the shape of a chicken, and you could say, "Yes, exactly, that's what it was you were looking for!"
Follow me? Not that I buy into this jazz anyway, but it'd be nice to know what you expect people to see, for the sake of proving/disproving a claim.
And then an example of evasion, mixed with petulance, inflated self-superiority, and so forth.
You got something of value to say, you say it. You don't, you stick with the cryptic generalizations.
I don't claim to know everything. I do know science, scientific method, etc. There's far too much oversight and examination to allow bullshit to survive long. Like the sun thing.
I also know the full moon's this Saturday. And if you're so certain something special will show, ante up.
What ever floats your boat might. I am just a simpleton who knows nothing. Sorry for taking up your valuable time. I hope you stay happy well and all the best with your superior knowledge of science and its methods. Ciao
And there you go again. A second (or is that third?) chance for you to defend your claims, and you get whiny and try to talk down to people.
And you still stick with being defensive and saying nothing instead of actually passing on even a tiny bit of this "arcane knowledge." What, expecting lighting to smite your computer or something?
And that's your problem. I could say, "Expect something weird in your car tomorrow," and anything unusual, even a grungy penny under the seat could qualify.
i read that possibly venus was a planet once like ours. then the people there went crazy with carbon dioxide emissions and increased the greenhouse effect to extreme levels. now it is what it is today. hmmm, wasn there that saying: "History repeats itself?"
i read somewhere that venus would be a possible planet to colonize which is impossible the clouds rain sulferic acid and even if they be dumb enough to inhabit that toxic mud ball plus when the sun goes super nova which planet will go next
Lmao, I think you should read up more on the subject... The Sun isn't near Supernova yet, and Venus is not habitable due to extreme heat and pressure.
Colonizing Venus is impossible because of temp and pressure as u said plus it rains sulphuric acid that erodes the most durable earth machines in minutes.
Terraforming Venus has 2 major obstacles as well, although not impossible on paper. 1) there is no hidrogen, ergo no way to make water 2) even if we could cool it off and terraform it a day is 116 days long. No Earth organism can adapt to that as of today.
Do not go to venus is 1000c so do not go

Venus is a nasty place in 3rd density. But who knows what it may be like in 4th or 5th density. Could be tropical paradise. Just a thought

On March 27, 1972, the Soviet Union launched Venera 8. This was the second successful landing on Venus and the first on the day side of the planet.
