You have Mark Levin and his Landmark Legal Foundation filing a law suit against this bill based upon the Slaughter Solution and the constitutionality of the bill. I hope they tie this thing up and file injunctions against it so that no part of it can take effect or tax dollars fund it while it's in the courts. Then we'll take back congress and get rid of it.

Insurance is to protect you in the unforseen event. Not for the already present problem. Health care is what that young child recieved up until it died of an almost unavoidable circumstance. The legacy of this presidency will be appointing tax cheats, making corrupt deals with "lawmakers" in the hopes to pass legislation, and 962 million dollars in TAXES not paid by federal employees - as the rest of us face new tax burdens and 12 or 15 thousand new IRS employees. Mr. Boehner, this is about Mr. President. But point taken: He's not really the god of "historic" legislation.

There are a lot of states filing law suits against this bill. Two of which have already been filed. You have Mark Levin and his Landmark Legal Foundation filing a law suit against this bill based upon the Slaughter Solution and the constitutionality of the bill. I hope they tie this thing up and file injunctions against it so that no part of it can take effect or tax dollars fund it while it's in the courts. Then we'll take back congress and get rid of it.
