My squad starts are tarzan's different, we have the girl who was in the front of this one, hold both the flyers hands, & the out both feet on one shoulder, ( it hurts like a bitch!) & then go up form there

i am a dancer. but not saying anything bad about cheerleading. but maybe if you try to lift up, maybe that will help to keep balance?

i did this at uca cheer camp this past week, its a hell of alot easier if you do it connected together and like do it in one motion!

@ lilcrazy49..You did this in elementary school??? I would have your parent put you in a new squad...are you on an All star squad?? Even so..as a certified coach..that age group..unless a very advanced All star team (which if that is the level your at..kudos..but don't put down girls who aren't) doing a full extension let alone a full lib...no..the squad i am coaching now..is for a league..and forget comps..regulations don't allow this at that age for safety.

Wow alot of coaches here??? Are any of you coaches??? No? Then you need to be taught..not teaching...no matter what level your at...every flyer knows to "lock it" and as a former flyer I know that locking it..is sometimes easier said then done...pardon them for not being at your level of expertise..but they are practicing..and safely..spotters and with a mat...unless you are a qualified coach..you have no business coaching.

secondary bases instead of like doing sparkle fingers or whatever when the flyers in the lib it helps the stunt alot to grab the other bases rist thts closest to the side that the backspot is not on....try it

Its alright? The flyers are to shakie. And why cant you say 1 2. It doesnt make since?One last thing If your going to do an extension. Do a walk in or something<or do a prep not what you did but go into a prep and then press up and then do a lib!!! Because what you guys did was way to messy!!(disaster)
