Could anyone please tell me if they know of any text to speech programs that have no speed limit? Or at least speak way faster than most of the other available programs?

yup,im not english person.my primary language is Malay. It works in english only if im not mistaken.I'm not quite sure but the company claimed up to 99% accuracy.mayb i made lots of mistakes due to the fact that im not a native speaker although it does have setting for the south-east asian speaker
