Musical acts are products, they have stage setups, lighting, choreography, wardrobe and all the trappings of a stage production. As far as the act is concerned she either had input to the production, or not. Whatever the case productions of any depth and scope are just that... productions. And hers were big, playing sizable venues and selling lots of product to pay for it all. Productions, infrastucture and logistics to pull them off are vast untertakings. It is what it is.
