  • you should have seen belcher street

  • 5:21

I put that caution tape there :p

  • @flemminr92 cool!!

  • @gcstorm1 It was a crazy night. You only showed a tiny bit of the damage. Down on the football field, the wind was so strong, it broke the metal field goal posts right off.

  • Jiminy.

  • @shinyplasticbag ...crickets

  • Absolutely brutal week- the damage, the cleanup, the power outages. If you can find it, try to get ahold of video from Berwick to Black Rock. Truly looks like a war zone in some areas.

  • @mrdsmusic i heard there were some pics of berwick on facebook but haven't seen them yet.

  • @mrdsmusic i was out to berwick today and have uploaded another video.

  • WHat a mess... heard that they are going to have to tear down the funeral home :( and yea, you should try and get a vid of Berwick, there is an awefull mess at the Church camp there :(

  • @myerss2010 i heard about the camp in berwick but haven't seen it yet. hadn't heard that about the funeral home.

  • @myerss2010 i've uploaded a video from the berwick area that i shot today.

  • This guy missed Berwick, the worst affected area.

  • @africansunset i was out to the berwick area today and have uploaded a video

  • How fast were the winds?

I live on Florida's East Coast/ Atlantic Ocean side where the worst Hurricanes have landed and Ive been here for them. I'm not laughing at the destruction, its very similar. At least they warn us here before such a hit, saying "HUNKER DOWN!"

  • @eyeamCdn i think the highest one was clocked at 116 km. a wind warning had been issued but i think the damage surprised everyone.

  • @eyeamCdn i've now heard that some were clocked at 150 km

  • Boo Hoo. People living by the Gulf of Mexico would laugh at this video.

  • @porbonostar Thats because there are building codes in Canada and people dont all live in trailers and shacks like they do in Mississippi

  • O...U should add to the title Nova Scotia, Canada. Since this is world wide, I doubt they will know where Annapolis Valley is. lol Youll be lucky if they know where NS is. lol

  • Great video, Thanks!

I used to work in Kentville, my parents are in Auburn. I live on the east coast of FL now. Ive lived through many hurricanes down here and now you guys can relate with your hurricane force winds. Funny to see all the similarities even the line ups at the pumps. My parents lost some shingles, siding, a tree and a light off the front of the house. Glad I came to FLORIDA to get away from those 'NOVA SCOTIA HURRICANES!' lol You've had a worse hurricane season then us!

  • Awesome Job on the Video.

  • @supplygirl15 thanks

  • You should change the title to Annapolis Valley, easier for people to find!

Good video though, definitely demonstrates the damage well! My boyfriend has a woodsy backyard and we had at least 3 full grown tall trees down. Luckily there was no damage!

  • @paramorestate good idea...done!

  • Hmmm....we just got out power back today. My neighbors roof cracked open like the lid off a tin-can

  • Great video, check out my videos from down here on the southshore. We seen 100 km/h winds but that is normal along the coast here as you know. I seen greenwood has a gust of 116 km.h.. that is impressive.

  • @oinkle1 i'd like to get down your way during hurricane season. thanks for the sub.

  • @gcstorm1 You would be better off comming down this way monday night tuesday if work does not tie you up, the Northeasterly winds on Cape sable Island are notorious for being over 120 km/h durning sub 970 mb Lows. Mondays low could end up around 955-960 mb when all is said and done !

  • This was a wild storm. At least it did damage to the new pointless roundabout lol. This was a hurricane without a name.

  • @flyer2359 lol i saw that, the kentville sign was made of cheap steel XD

  • It's amazing what mother nature can put on us , Also you can't predict it anymore It was unheard of to have thunder storms in Pa this time of year , not anymore. Hope things are recovering well

  • @medicjimr the climate is definitely changing. still some areas without power...we were lucky and were only out for a few hours. people will be cleaning up and repairing for awhile.

  • quite the storm.

  • Wow - widow makers-a-plenty! Hope family, friends and neighbors were unharmed.

  • @wawhiker yeah there'll be a few around for awhile now. i haven't heard odf any injuries...just lots of damage.

  • glad you weren't out in the hammock

  • @dragonflyhiker it was certainly warm enough but it would have been a wild ride!!
