I only clicked on this video because I saw "Forza Motorsport 3 - NURBURGRING Race Full Lap" and a video length of 4:33. Then I clicked on the video and saw part 1. Oh the deceiving done here.
Wish either GT5 had these graphics and sounds or Forza had a more realistic layout to this track. Got to give gt5 the nod for the layout accuracy, but I love the "smoother" look of forza.

Best physics (10/10 as all reviews are saying), weather, night and day, 200 amazing looking cars and 800 cars which look like forza 3 cars. 70 tracks with an infinite amount form the course creator. Oh yeah and 16 manned races with a lobby where you can chat and arrange tournaments. I think me and 5 miilioon others are morre than likely to buy it.

Lastly, you can keep your weather and night and day on 10 maps out of the 20 maps that came in the box which is still 7 less then Forza. It's funny because they didn't even finish making the game, took them 7 years, and they couldn't finish.

I can understand why some people use automatic rather than manual.
Especially on forza 3 with the clutch being above the brake button, some might find it awkward to downshift and brake at the same time. it just takes practice once you have mastered it it does inprove the gaming experince ten fold.
As for the settings TCS abs etc etc. thats each to their own.
where as i like to make it as hard as possible so i turn all off. it all depends on how serious a racer you are i guess.
way to keep it clean! im way too of an agressive driver in video games so if it was me driving, that corvette in front of you would be pretty much done for this race. nice driving anyway, and keep up the good work
I love driving with no assists on forza 3 and find it much more fun and not difficult at all.You just have to learn how each car handles.A stock fiat 500 is gonna drive much different than a fully modded 2010 corvette grand sport.You cant go full throttle through corners youll just spin out.
Its actualy quite easy with the early cars, later on on the RWD A or bigger class cars you just gotta watch it that you don't try to go full gas in a turn (go half gas or less trough turns then very slowly accelarate as you get out of the corner and just hit it when your not turning anymore, and to brake you just don't slam the brakes down but just got 3/4 brake and then slowly depress till you're almost totaly braking, but dont go 100% because you'll lock the brakes.
So many fanboys. If GT5 didn't look better I'd be seriously looking at the developers and saying 'Why have you taken so long to turn out this crap?'. Forza 3 is a 2009 game so of course it won't be quite as perfect, but then again it means I've been able to drive a Reventon around the Nordschleife with an R34 GTR drifting behind me at 150mph for the last... ages, while the PS3 has yet to have a decent full-version driving simulator. Different strokes for different folks. Now shut the fuck up.
Whoever said that REAL racecars use Traction Controll, Anti Lock Brakes, and Stability Management...you're dumb....the systems take up space and weight and weight is everything in a racecar. Watch when a guy spins out in a racecar and slams the brake...his wheels lock....jus sayin

Its a very bad habit starting to play this game with all the driving aids on. I started playing in manual with all aids off and once you are used to it there's no better experience and as you start moving up the classes you'll REALLY nbotice the difference.
Well, i don´t know why people says this track looks better in GT5 if GT5 isn´t out yet, but i am sure it will be better in every way than Forza 3, anyway this is a very good game, i cannot deny it.

@AllYourBase420 OK you dickhead Turn 10 is a company wiht over 200+ workers and they hired an asian company to do the car modelling. No themselves. Secondly its not Turn 10 but Microsoft to plays the dirty tricks in journalism. LOL you havent even played GT5 cuz it only drops to 30fps if you have 3d on. Lastly GT% has coem with 27 tracks and 70 variations. Forza has only 19 tracks when it first came. LOL. Forza 3 was a fail and even turn 10 know that.

@normalguyhere Forza is the better game, in terms of design aspects and racing experience. GT5 is ambitious but falls flat on its face, its a.i blow, the online lags, the physics are wack, and 80 percent of the cars are ugly. As far as the driving goes, its pretty realistic, but is boooring. grinding. blah.

Your right your tiring and car handling is affected as they are in GT5. There are actual 24 hour races Le Mans and your going to pretty tired after that. Also you need to check your tires and fuel tank and damage regularly to come first. Numbers dotn lie: GT5 Japan day one 450,000,Forza 3 Worldwide Day one 270,000. LOLOL

@normalguyhere Trust me..... American PS3 owners did'nt buy this game. I know for a fact. Ps3 owners spend more time defending and comparing games they don't own rather than buying them. As far as decals go..... GT5 spends so much time implementing graphical shit that don't play a major part for it it affect the framerate and performance of the game. You dont see top gear endorsing it professionals using it and racing wheels hiring their logo. If it was the best simulation why wouldn't they: because its not the best out there. @cabbageboy500 It does have permanent driving assist especially with a wheel just type into google or youtube and you will find out. Also Forza on simulation difficulty is no where as hard as GT5 in professional. For instance theres a guy in youtube called christheimperator, he's a professional racer and he finds it difficult without traction control. The cars on Forza are too easy to control and way easier to turn.Forza is dead now, theres only 200 people online thats less than GT5 prologue -_-

@normalguyhere some people find forza to be more fun. that's a fact. some people find gt5 to be more fun. that's also a fact. forza is more arcade -ish than gt5, but it's sort of an exaggeration to say that forza is a complete arcade game just because you can actually corner with the cars without breaking to 20 mph. i have loads of friends that have both games. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM SAYS THAT FORZA IS BETTER. forza 3 got 9.4, and gt5 got 8.5. it was a long-awaited sequel that SUCKED

I can understand why some people use automatic rather than manual.
Especially on forza 3 with the clutch being above the brake button, some might find it awkward to downshift and brake at the same time. it just takes practice once you have mastered it it does inprove the gaming experince ten fold.
As for the settings TCS abs etc etc. thats each to their own.
where as i like to make it as hard as possible so i turn all off. it all depends on how serious a racer you are i guess.

I love driving with no assists on forza 3 and find it much more fun and not difficult at all.You just have to learn how each car handles.A stock fiat 500 is gonna drive much different than a fully modded 2010 corvette grand sport.You cant go full throttle through corners youll just spin out.

Its actualy quite easy with the early cars, later on on the RWD A or bigger class cars you just gotta watch it that you don't try to go full gas in a turn (go half gas or less trough turns then very slowly accelarate as you get out of the corner and just hit it when your not turning anymore, and to brake you just don't slam the brakes down but just got 3/4 brake and then slowly depress till you're almost totaly braking, but dont go 100% because you'll lock the brakes.

So many fanboys. If GT5 didn't look better I'd be seriously looking at the developers and saying 'Why have you taken so long to turn out this crap?'. Forza 3 is a 2009 game so of course it won't be quite as perfect, but then again it means I've been able to drive a Reventon around the Nordschleife with an R34 GTR drifting behind me at 150mph for the last... ages, while the PS3 has yet to have a decent full-version driving simulator. Different strokes for different folks. Now shut the fuck up.

Its a very bad habit starting to play this game with all the driving aids on. I started playing in manual with all aids off and once you are used to it there's no better experience and as you start moving up the classes you'll REALLY nbotice the difference.
