There's a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes at the healthcare system and I take it that the poster was trying to address those issues in a way, through a provoking Halloween video. What I find ironic is that a lot of people enjoy jokes on subjects that are far worse than this one.

I get the humor in this. This was actually quite funny. Very dark and creepy, but funny. I don't think most of the viewers realize that it's just a video. You're sworn at because you made a video about a Psychiatric Hospital? Now that's just childish.

Sadly but true. When patient suffer from psychosis and is under their hand, personel often treat them like trash. One person was in psychiatry and saw women who suffered from schizophrenia, was on electroshock, and temporarily had incontinence. She empted her bowel throug clothes leaving stool on pavement in corridor. One sister shout at her very loudly: WASH YOURSELF. But when you recover and come to your psychiatrist after you leave hospital, they are nice as nothing ever happened.
